Company founder and director Caroline Edmunds has over 20 years experience in PR and marketing, including 10 years with Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) including time as International PR Manager for their fragrance business.
Caroline is a member of the Institute of Public Relations and holds a post-graduate level qualification in PR – dipCAM. Her speciality is consumer PR including tourism and leisure PR.
Caroline Edmunds founded the company in 1997. Her qualifications include the CAM (Communications, Advertising, and Marketing) Foundation Higher Diploma in PR. She is also a member of the Institute of Public Relations.
Interests include the countryside, horse riding, skiing, badminton and swimming.

Darryl Curcher is a fellow director of the company and specialises in event management, press launches, concert & entertainment PR for clients.
Darryl has over 10 years experience producing photography and his work has ensured world wide coverage in the media for our clients.
His experience working in PR means his images are taken expressly to impress picture desk editors and journalists who regularly use these images to enhance editorial coverage for our clients.
Good photography is essential to put your business ahead of your competitors when using PR to build your brand.
Interests include cricket, skiing and foreign travel.

Caro Rasmussen has a background in journalism and was editor of a regional lifestyle magazine before joining Pennington PR. Caro regularly contributes articles to lifestyle magazines about food and drink, gardening and interiors.
Her strong media contacts and knowledge of the editor’s role are a useful addition to the Pennington PR team.
Interests include horse riding and foreign travel.

Account Executive Kate Randolph helps provide research used within PR
activity and helps promote news stories and features to the media.
Kate monitors the publicity that is generated from campaigns and provides the company with media updates.
Kate enjoys helping to organise media events and ensuring that target media attend.
Interests include dancing, acting and horse riding.
